Great service! My first interaction was with Mona Lisa on the phone and she is an absolute treasure! So engaging and understanding and just a joy to speak with. Jon is the owner and he came out and quickly diagnosed our dishwasher. He was able to replace the hose and remedy the leak I caused from pulling it out. Our shut off wasn’t working so we were having to keep the water main off for the whole house. I was so grateful that he did that for us! The part came in quickly and two days later he had us up and running. He went even farther and ordered clips to help stabilize the dishwasher to keep our grandchildren safe. Jon gave good tips and was very easy to talk with and help me understand the issue. I highly recommend Marathon Appliance!
