Not sure where to start. This was my first appointment at Barrie Crossing - Overall experience was excellent - couldn’t be better. Here are the major points of my visit: Reception, Billing, and Scheduling Cathy and Emma were experienced, professional, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. Direct billing to my insurer on my behalf made it easy for me. I paid only for the uninsured portion of the bill. Hygienist April was professional and competent with over a decade of experience. She cleaned, descaled, and polished for me quickly, painlessly, and efficiently. She also cleaned my dental appliance. The dentist’s exam chair was comfortable, and all equipment appeared to be new. Dental Assistant Ashley performed a dental exam and confirmed information I provided on my initial assessment form, and took fixed x-rays including a panoramic x-ray. She was very competent and efficient and got correct images on the first attempt. Dr. Rahimi When greeted by the Doctor, he took time to build rapport, and did not seem rushed. He performed an examination of my teeth, and reviewed the results with me. He showed me several cracks in my teeth and used images on a monitor to display and discuss various issues, taking care to fully explain his findings and answering my questions. I was impressed by his competence and the systems he had in place to make my experience exceptional. Equipment All equipment seemed new, well integrated and efficiently used. The waiting room seating, X-ray and other equipment was all first rate. Recommendation If looking for excellent and exceptional Dental Care, I recommend Barrie Crossing Dental Centre.

Best dental office ever! Every single member of this team makes you feel important as soon as you walk in, addressing you by name and remembering little personal details about work, your kids, vacations, etc. The quality of work is exceptional and the whole environment is so warm and welcoming! I can’t say I love going to the dentist, but Dr. Rahimi and his amazing team somehow make it feel like you’re just hanging out with friends. Everyone is so kind, personable, and easy to talk to. I’ve personally dealt with Emma, Becky, and Ashley and Dr. Rahimi. All of them are absolutely wonderful. Even though they’re poking around in my mouth with sharp objects, we still manage to do a lot of laughing during my appointments. It’s always a genuinely pleasant experience every time I go in.
