The staff is incredibly helpful. Living downtown, this was my pharmacy, then I moved to Niagara Region and I had so many issues with pharmacies. I now have returned to Maple Leaf Pharmacy and they mail my medications to me. I am very grateful for this, as their level of care, and efficiency is in my experience, unmatched. Shout out to Sandra for our call the other day. It was so nice, not feeling rushed, and you taking the time to answer all of my questions in such a nonjudgmental and compassionate way. There are others I love to see here, but I don't know their names, so thank you all. :)

Probably the best pharmacy I've had. The manager is incredible and always more than happy to go above and beyond. I have many options for a closer pharmacy to my home but would never leave and risk losing the high level of service i have here. THANK YOU.

They deny prescriptions They are not welcoming they give that look 👀 when you enter I terminated myself from the doctor because of them they know that I have to taper off my meds I left the doctor and the pharmacy Went to a walk in got a prescription AGAIN THEY WERE NOT LEAVING ME ALONE SHE TOLD THE OTHER PHARMACIST TO CANCEL MY PRESCRIPTION OMG THEY DKNT LEAVE ME ALONE !? Destroyed my whole medical records ! I wish she mind her own business
