I’ve tried a few RMT clinics in the area that have been okay but I keep coming back to MTC. The therapists are all super personable and create a comfortable atmosphere. Nicole has been my RMT for over a year now and I have never felt better. Her assessments always make me feel heard and understood and 10 times out of 10 she’s found the exact cause of my pain and tension (and then some) and worked it out. I prefer deep tissue massages and I’ve never had to correct her pressure. If something comes up and I need to switch times, she works her magic to see if she can make it work but is straightforward from the get go if it’s not possible based on her schedule (she’s also never cancelled on me which is a plus.) During my first visit she explained everything she was doing as she was doing it which eased any nerves I had. It also helps that she’s super chill and down to earth - we usually spend the hour and a half cracking jokes and unpacking all the crazy crap we’ve encountered during the month since my last visit. Nicole’s a 10/10, gets 5 out of 5 stars, and I’m pretty sure 10 out of 10 dentists would also agree that she’s amazing!

The facilities were spotless and Kimberly was amazing. She took time at the beginning to assess my areas of concern and suggested some stretches that might help. Throughout the massage, she checked in with me to endure the level of pressure was what I wanted. The heated massage table was so nice on a cold winter day. Highly recommend!
