Honestly, I gave Mansour's Furniture a 5 star review for the following reasons: I consider them to be my first option shop for buying carpets...and I have never bought anything from them as payments, despite the fact that they have this option for the purchase value exceeding $1,000, without interest. I know how to deal with them, especially the kind elderly gentleman who was asking if I need any help every 15 minutes which is a very good customer service feature. I asked him for a measuring tape and he gave it to me immediately, and so on until I found what I was looking for, then I came out generally satisfied. I bought two rugs with the same design and different dimensions, which made me feel very happy after 50% off. Basically, when you want to judge a place, you must give your opinion and hear the others opinion, and for me, all my experiences with them were successful. I wish them continued brilliance and success.
Thank you for your dedicated customer service, patience and advice to assist with our rug shopping. We were able to buy the rug of our choice along with additional clones to complement our community center . Overall, great selection of rug sizes with very reasonable prices. I purchase my bedroom set a few years back solid wood made in canada loved it still do good quality! So bought living room set and then chairs for kitchen. Great service super nice employees there very happy with everything!
