They provide exceptional management service. We are always updated regarding all the maintenance work carried out well in advance. They are doing a great and exceptional job. As a current tenant in a building managed by Shepherd HOA, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite paying rent on time and living respectfully with my family, I’ve been repeatedly harassed by the property owner — including unannounced viewings with strangers inside my home, clear violations of privacy, and unreasonable threats. I even received a fine for something all neighbors are doing (charging a small device in the corridor). The building management (Shepherd HOA) has done nothing to protect tenants or intervene. This lack of support and accountability from Shepherd HOA is unacceptable. If you're considering renting a property under their management, think twice.
