I try and only leave positive reviews, but I feel my experience needed sharing for this dental practice. It has taken me a while to write this and I should have followed up at the time. I chose this practice initially as I thought they were the one of the best to go to and I needed work doing on a front tooth from a previous accident as well as a general check up. Firstly, the client care was horrendous. The hygienist recommended I get Botox treatment as someone my age (at the time 28) shouldn’t have the wrinkles I did. And left my gums with severe sensitivity and bleeding for 6 months. In addition, the dentist who held my initial appointment actually said that one of my teeth was disgusting (it had a amalgam not white filling) After my assessment I was quoted around £5500 in treatment costs, I eventually had a second opinion on this and was told the treatment wasn’t require. This would have included 2 unnecessary and highly invasive root canals and crowns with no root damage. As my front tooth required immediate composite rebuilding, I did go through with this part of the treatment plan. This work was done quite well, but it was not the size or shape I requested and when I asked to show pictures of what I wanted (a close match to my original tooth) I was outright told the the pictures were not necessary as they knew what design they were going to do. Very expensive fix for something I said in the chair I was not completely happy with. Over all very disappointed and happy I moved elsewhere before receiving further unnecessary treatment. I would not recommend this dental practice, it just has a flashy location on Harley Street.
