i recently had a very unpleasant experience talking to one of supply chain management recruiter and was amazed by his persistence not to help with even basic questions, he seems completely unaware of the basics of customer service and was almost giving a feel of annoyance while answering questions so unwillingly. i wonder what is a recruiter job anyways if he / she wears such a proud attitude.
