I walked in to this clinic for the first time I would say between seeing the doctor and pharmacist I was there a little over an hour! In that hour and a bit, I enjoyed the atmosphere the calmness coming from the receptionists. They were so kind so helpful full of positive energy.! I went to fill my prescription right next-door. The pharmacist was very helpful and kind and thorough.. Also, I really liked the doctor! This will be my walk-in clinic from now on ! Thank You!! From Saddie

I would not recommend this MediCenter. The front desk staff are rude and unprofessional, acting as if patients are beneath them. They even seem to undermine the doctors. I had an appointment for my kids that was booked three weeks in advance. On the day of, they called me just 30 minutes before the visit, claiming I hadn’t confirmed—even though I had called and was already on my way. Instead of seeing us, they pushed the appointment back by another month. This type of treatment is unacceptable.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but in this case I think I have too. Started off with them telling me that no one but the owner has access to email, which I really can’t get my head around. If that’s true how do they send and receive documents, amongst so many other things? Next they tell me my blood pressure is 153/73, even though a month ago it was 122/72. Then after an hour of…stuff…lo and behold my blood pressure is normal again. Next up I go to pay $100 for the form that took all of 1min and 30 second to fill out, but they only accept cash?!?! I mean really, have I stepped into a Time Machine and gone back to the mid 90’s?? Although they were moderately pleasant for a Sunday morning, overall a pretty bad experience. I will not be going back.

This is a very bad clinic 1- reception supposed to be reception not a rude lady, talking to as you’re nothing. Excuse me I spent 7 years in university, not a few months or… 2-They give you an appointment for your baby at a date, it doesn’t matter how long you waited, days, weeks,… than a day before they cancel it because it’s a holiday!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬 Why you give me at this date, make me wait, and cancel it. It’s not the first time, not the second, and not the 3rd. And if you cancel it, you have to pay 50$. Do you pay people if you cancel it?! No Go look for a serious Dr for your baby or child. Never again !!
