I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. The lawyer assigned to me, Meghan, was supposed to prepare a simple agreement, but after four months, nothing was properly completed. She disappeared for two months and eventually returned with a draft full of errors, including even my address being written incorrectly. Shortly after, I was told by her secretary that Meghan was on a family emergency and that my case would be reassigned, but then I heard nothing again for another while. After all this, I requested a refund, but I was still charged $800 despite receiving no proper services or results.
