The owner will not pay you your last check if you leave, im going through the dept of labor with BOLs and previous pay stubs to show what those loads pay. If you miss a spot cleaning your truck you wont get any pay for rain days, they find any way they can to not pay you so just save yourself the headache. Almost every truck has 700,000 miles on it they constantly have issues but yet it better be showroom clean to get paid for days they shut down for rain or snow. The owner doesn't care about doctors orders either so if you have a medical incident be ready to be let go.

Guardian Angel One of your drivers was delivering top soil to new home at the same time I was delivering trees and plants. She volunteered to help me move 8 large trees that were too heavy for one person to lift alone. She took the time out of her day to help a total stranger.
