This was the first time I had work done by M & M and it was a wonderful experience. They kept me updated with my order and when they would be here. Frank and his team arrived on time at 7am and had all 12 windows installed and trimmed within 4 hours. The crew all seemed to have their specific job to do and they all did it so well. Really didn't want to have to get a new roof but I knew it was coming. I very much enjoyed working with the M&M team. My sales consultant Rachel was really helpful showing me all my options and letting me know what to expect, she wasn't pushy at all and I really appreciate that. The superintendent Brett was quick to answer questions and when I sent some pictures of things that didn't look right he sent the crew out right away to address them. A little surprised I didn't need any plywood replaced because there was a leak. Also a bit surprised Brett wasn't there when they finished, he did walk the property the day after, but I have learned not to pretend to know more than professionals and the work is backed by lifetime warranty so I'm not worried. I will also definitely get the annual inspection M&M offers so that also gives piece of mind. Making a purchase I really didn't want to make was no fun but I am glad I chose M&M to do the job, probably have them put some new gutters up in the spring.

Our sales person, Jordan was patient and answered all my questions. We now have a great new roof. The roofers did a great job. M&M kept me updated on our project from beginning to end. From delivery of the dumpster the evening before the roofers started working to after the dumpster was removed the following evening our yard looked untouched. Roofers did a great job with cleanup too. We have a new roof that looks great and no need for me or my husband to clean up. Great job!
