Do the load yourself they have a time limit to have you in the doors. If not they pay you retainer fee. Also take pics of all pallets before you get there. The lumpers will mess the pallet up and charge you. Talk to the manager for a pallet jack Move pallets out your way to if it have tags. Far as fees. The lumpers are illegal. They get paid by you. If they make you mad call sherif department.

Make sure to come on time if u r late for appointment they are gonna charge you alot of fees i was late for 2 hours they charge me 450$ and their lumper is too expensive they total charge me $1400 so make sure u come on time

Arrived at 0200 for an 0300 appointment. Got docked rather quickly. Finally unloaded by 0600. The reason for the low score is that they charged 835 for lumper fees, didn't have an onsite bathroom and didn't have checks, which they demanded had to be the new green ones, even thought the old blue ones are still valid until the 28th of february.

Everytime I come here I wait at least 3.5 hours. Unloading is quick but paperwork takes forever... longest I waited here was 3AM to 9AM and only got paperwork because I went inside to ask and paperwork was sitting on desk and nobody decided to check. Guy said sorry we forgot... waited another 15 min for him to check what they unloaded. Place doesn’t care about how long drivers wait.
