…i HATE giving bad reviews and honestly would let the class ā€œslideā€ without posting my experience bc maybe it just ā€œwasn’t a good fit for meā€ but the receptionist was over the top rude so I had an overall bad experience. …When I arrived the fire alarm was blaring throughout building/parking lot, and security was outside by the steps. People were evacuating their suites. I asked receptionist if we were evacuating. She laughed/rolled her eyes. No reply. Remained on phone call-pointed at waiver to sign and told me to get a pair of socks. Went into class instructor introduced self and unfortunately never made eye contact w me again. I accidentally chose the one machine not in front of a mirror. Between trying to make eye contact w the instructor for assistance, looking at the parking lot to make sure fire trucks weren’t outside as well as even being given a weird rude look by the receptionist (not sure if this is just her face) I was not happy w any of my experience. The class seemed not organized. No guidance. I also have neck issues. No modifications were asked if needed nor were offered. Before I left I gave the receptionist back the socks attempting to tell her I wasn’t happy w my experience. She interrupted me and insisted I pay for them. When I told her i felt there were miscommunications between us and I wasn’t happy- she again laughed and rolled her eyes and told me she would ā€œmake a note about me in the fileā€ Tried to call back to get receptionist name for review-she wouldn’t answer. …Maybe I’m just spoiled at Classic Pilates in turtle creek where they greet you, give you an option to buy or borrow socks, offer modifications and guidance through the class and their receptionist is professional and kind. UPDATE-To the response of Studio 6 Fitness post their comment. I called to ask if I should reschedule that I was 5 min late - she said no and for me to come. I never refused to wear socks. I’ve been to Pilates classes before. I know the drill. I’ve been to tons of classes and have never experienced such unprofessionalism at any of the facilities I’ve been to. I DID refuse to purchase them after experiencing the staff that is hired at your front desk. Which appears to not be addressed in your reply. She was rude flat out from the moment I walked in the door, to looking at me during the class when walking by and when I walked out of the class by interrupting my concerns with her attitude. If you go somewhere and they laugh at you while rolling their eyes and appear to be lacking communication skills -by simply asking about the fire alarm and keeps that same manner throughout communicating it is not likely that YOU would want to follow through supporting or purchasing anything from that business. So no-it wasn’t confusing for me. No thanks on the classes.I just wanted to be heard. ā€œVery sad to hearā€ that I’m still not being heard. šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Absolutely love Studio 6. Each Pilates class is a full body workout with different moves. I feel much stronger after staying consistent with my classes, and my posture has improved dramatically due to the core strengthening! I love the ā€˜lite’ classes as a beginner or if I haven’t been in awhile. Instructors modify moves for each individual depending on if you want more or less of a challenge. I love the size of the classes and the studio set-up. They have a nice variety of classes covered throughout the day, 7 days a week. I highly recommend checking them out, but beware, you may get addicted!! ā˜ŗļø

I just finished the stretch class with Terri….10/10…more of an advance stretch class…so amazing! Her classes fill up quick, however, it’s a MUST TRY!

Let me tell you how hard and amazing this place is. As someone who is not flexible Pilates was a tough workout but you feel amazing afterward. And if you need a little energy after a workout just walk downstairs near the park area and grab a smoothie from I Love Juice Bar Park Lane. Pilates + Smoothies = happy place!
