The delivery speed is getting slower and slower, and the price on the website is seriously different from the invoice price. There is a difference of 30 euros, which is really shocking.
Long delivery times and no customer service at all, not even worth 1 star ! Six days after ordering (and paying) items “in stock” I asked them when I could expect delivery. They told me my order would be shipped that day. The next day I received a small part of my order, so I asked them when the rest would be shipped. The excuse was that there had been a delay, and that everything else would ‘probably’ be shipped that day. The next day again a part of the order was delivered. With this shipment they included a delivery note with all ordered items checked, while goods with a value of € 438 were still not delivered. I told them they no longer had to ship the missing items and requested a credit note and a refund. They did not bother to answer. This is by far the worst company I have done business with in the past 16 years, so think twice before ordering from them !
One of the most reliable suppliers all over Europe. Always ready and happy to assist you. Very fast in shipping, all products are of great quality. If only all suppliers were at the same level. Thank you :)
