A few years ago, I became a patient of Dr. Silvan Finkel at his dental office in NYC. I have found his professionalism, kindness, and honesty to be outstanding. By his honesty, I mean that if Dr. Finkel doesn’t know what to do, he not only discusses the situation with me in an exhaustive way, but he also invites a specialist to his office to take care of my problem, so I don’t need to look by myself for this kind of person. Also, what I have never experienced in any other office except Dr. Finkel’s is the sharing with me all that he plans to do, and explaining what he is doing while he does it, as well as informing me about what persons will be assisting him during the procedure. He never pushes anything cosmetic (and will, in fact, discourage you from anything that he doesn't genuinely believe is right for you). He has great clinical judgment and has never led me astray.
