Amazing massage with Jared. He made sure to ask lots of questions and identify pain points before we even started. Already feel infinitely better! Followed the massage with a steam/sauna experience. The perfect combination for neck/back pain and overall relaxation. The spa is clean, warm, and inviting and offers beverages with your services. I’ve also had acupuncture with Charles before and it was fantastic. The whole team is focused on improving your health and wellness.

She absolutely loved the massage and couldn’t stop talking about how relaxing and rejuvenating it was! While I waited, Caroline kindly invited me to relax in the silence room — such a thoughtful touch. The calming ambiance, the foot massager, and the delicious hibiscus tea made it such a peaceful experience for me too. Everything about the spa, from the service to the smallest details, felt warm and welcoming. Thank you for making this day so special for both of us! Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience here recently when I booked an upper back massage. The therapist was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very friendly and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to check in, explain what she was doing, and focus on the areas that really needed attention, which made the treatment both relaxing and effective. The spa itself has such a welcoming atmosphere, and every staff member I interacted with was genuinely kind and approachable. You can tell they really care about their clients and the experience they provide. I also really appreciate that their prices are very fair for the quality of service, and it’s great to know that an RMT option is available if you’re looking to submit through insurance. On top of that, their range of services is lovely, making it a place you can come back to for different treatments depending on what you need. Overall, I can’t recommend this spa enough — it’s a gem! I left feeling refreshed and cared for, and I’ll definitely be returning.

I came in for my first massage at Joie Day Spa and it exceeded my expectations. The spa is bright and welcoming. There are lots of products to browse, a drink station and comfortable seating area. My massage therapist was Cameron and he did not disappoint. I told him most of my stress was stored in my traps. He listened and spent the full 60 minutes targeting them. He then finished the treatment with some acupuncture. My back feels sooooO much better and I’ll be back again for another treatment. Thanks Cameron!
