She’s not only incredibly personable and professional, but truly incorporates everything that today’s dental technology has to offer into her practice. The office is beautiful and clean, and all the staff go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

My children were afraid of the dentist and cried every time they went to other dentists. Dr. Ching's kindness and meticulous care made this dental clinic a joy to visit, and they're now comfortable sitting in the dental chair on their own. During their first visit, Dr. Ching explained in detail the long-term consequences of open-mouth breathing, something neither the pediatrician nor the previous children's dentist had mentioned. Dr. Ching said that most pediatricians wouldn't take it seriously about the problem of open-mouth breathing, and our pediatrician exactly did it the way Dr. Ching anticipated. When my kid met an ENT doctor, they told us that my kid has adenoids in her nose, which narrowed her airway, making it difficult to breathe through her nose. This caused her to breathe through her mouth, which in turn led to ear fluid and hearing loss. The ENT doctor also advised surgery. Thanks to Dr. Ching, we were able to identify the cause of their mouth breathing before it was too late and address it. She is a dentist with both the heart and skill to truly consider her patients' long-term perspective, not just a quick fix.

I had an amazing experience at Uptown Markham Dental! Dr. Winnie is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, which really put me at ease. Her dental assistants are just as kind and professional, and I appreciated how they made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I also love the convenience of receiving text reminders for my appointments—it's a small touch, but really helpful! The clinic's location is perfect, and the technology they use is top-notch. The TV to watch during procedures was a nice distraction, and the modern x-ray machines make everything feel so advanced and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care in a welcoming and high-tech environment!

Dr. Winnie Ching and her team are very experienced and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about their patients' overall health. The 3D scanning technology they used for my treatment was impressive and precise. The clinic is super clean, and they emphasize the importance of hygiene. I've never had to wait long for my appointments, I think they manage their schedule well.
