Tyler installed a new kitchen faucet unit. After he left, (Friday afternoon leading into a three-day weekend) I thought the sprayer hose was twisted and hard to raise and lower. I reported this to the company and received an immediate response that Tyler would come to my home on the following Tuesday to check it out. Meanwhile, the hose seemed to be working out the original kinks. Tyler arrived as promised, and we discussed the factors involved in the hose adjusting to a different alignment from how it was packaged, and I thanked him and he left for his next appointment. So, I appreciate the level of service provided by Mr. Rooter.

I was doing a shower stall replacement. It was supposed to be a 2-3 day job. Unfortunately I discovered bad plumbing, that would fail with time, and was not up to code, and issues with the valve control. First, Brian, the dispatcher was extremely kind and understanding as I was very overwhelmed and anxious. The tenant was not happy. Rightfully so and was very frustrated. Brian was fantastic. Thank you Brian. Kris H. , Master plumber came out to do the job. He was on time and communication was fantastic. He did an amazing job. Along the way he explained everything and then some. He could tell I was very stressed and was very kind about it. Thank you to you both, and the entire team for your wonderful job.
