I paid $575 to have just the walls washed and baseboards cleaned. I’m redoing everything today because only approximately 15% of the walls were even washed. This was apparently the second time this empty house was cleaned by the same cleaning company (the previous tenant had used the same company without me knowing). The first time I walked in I had doubts it was even professionally cleaned. Very frustrating. Would not recommend 24APR18: As noted, this review was updated on an additional review; however this original review will not be deleted as the pictures taken were AFTER the first cleaning. I had returned a few days after the cleaning and these are the pictures I had documented. I had then hired this company again, not knowing they had been the original cleaners to the house. After they left the second time, there was still quite a lot of cleaning I was left to do. It wasn’t until I had left a negative review that I was contacted by the owner. The cleaners came back for a third time the following morning. It was at this time the review was updated

We had a very positive experience with Maid in Edmonton! Aline was very pleasant and helpful when I spoke to her on the phone and in her texts to me. The lady who cleaned our home did an exceptional job 👏. She was very thorough especially with dusting, floor cleaning, the kitchen and multi bathrooms. The house needed a good cleaning particularly, because we have 3 pets and are on a busy corner lot. This cleaning was on a 'trial basis', as I wanted to see the level of work before committing to regular, scheduled cleanings. I am definitely going to become a regular customer with Maid in Edmonton. Their prices are very reasonable, they are so accomodating and flexible in scheduling cleans and they are clearly interested in doing the best job they can for the client. My previous experience was noted below; however I was contacted by the owner of the company who assured me he wanted to do whatever possible to make it right. He was kind and understanding on the phone and had cleaners return the next day, first thing in the morning, to reclean everything I had originally requested. I was very grateful and now seeing the final product I am impressed. I believe this is a great way to run a business, especially if your clients are not satisfied.

The tenants have left the place very dirty, fridge, disgustingly, dirty, and stove, and the place was not swept or cleaned at all. Maids in Edmonton came in and did a fabulous job. I now don’t mind walking in to this house and it is now ready for other tenants, I would certainly recommend them .
