This has been a great rental experience. The staff is helpful, efficient, professional and understanding. The payment process is quick and easy, the transaction processes and doesn’t linger in my account. Any work orders are answered within a timely manner, each concern is addressed and handled well. Inspections are a wonderful time to catch up and note where the house and property is and what if any concerns someone might have. For having so many properties to handle, Magnolia is quick to understand any client concerns

I was asked to leave a review for an employee named Van. I couldn't in good conscience leave one as it would mean leaving a review for the company. However after being contacted by the company to address what the manager had said was allready addressed I reached out and got Van again.. She deserves a 5 star for everything she's been involved with to date... Say hello to Hailey when she answers your call and ask for Van. The entire process of renting and moving in was an absolute nightmare and I lay the blame with my property manager whom I will not name.. However I was asked to address Van . Shes the one you want to talk to. She's straight up and does what she says . This five star is for Van.. Thank you Van Honorable mention for Kris in maintenance

Kevin with Magnolia help me out so much! He installed a new closet door for my fiancés closet! Also, the screen door fix looks amazing! Finally able to enjoy this fall season with the screen door open!!! Thank you!!

We have been renting from them over a year now and it’s ridiculous. The whole time I’ve lived her I haven’t had air or HEAT and I’ve told Brooke about it multiple times. In august I was a little late on rent and I brought the money or a few days before and she told me it was all good and even signed the text… few days later she called me unprofessionally saying “ur about to be pissed” they broke into my home and took everything out broke multiple things in my home tried keeping my appliances and out my brother in laws remains out of his bag and into a trash bag… showed up at my house after she knew she messed up caught an attitude bc we were stressed out and left.now won’t let me have my new year lease and take my brother off when I know I can…. SMH she needs to do better and stop being petty because she knows she messed up….on the other hand van is great she’s 5 star. I appreciate you van!
