Jodi… where do I even begin! She is a seasoned veteran with decades of experience. Our wedding was a large 230 person grand ballroom event. She worked with us over months getting all the details right, the timelines, organizing communication with the vendors, so that our magical night went off without a hitch and most importantly stress free! We were able to be truly be present with one another on this momentous occasion, enjoying ourselves with our guests to the fullest! Her suggestions added a huge benefit for our guests and allowed for a beautiful evening. She knows everyone in the business so there’s nothing she can’t pull off. I cannot recommend her enough! I worked with Jodi when she was our wedding coordinator on 08/24/24. My wedding was everything I could dream of and then some, largely due to Jodi and all of her hard work. From her professionalism, kindness, accommodation, flexibility, sense of humor, and all of the personal touches, Jodi was incredible. She made us feel like our wedding was the only thing she was focused on. She was constantly in touch, responded promptly, was able to make everything work just the way we requested, and she even created a personal countdown for our wedding via email. These personal touches MATTER. No matter how stressful things got, Jodi kept us calm with her ease and sense of humor. We felt more than confident with our wedding in her hands. She showed up for the rehearsal when she wasn’t even supposed to be there, she took pictures for us, kept us excited, showed us sneak peeks of our wedding spaces, and kept us laughing the entire time. Her wedding team became family to ours. On the day of the wedding, I literally teared up when I saw Jodi and ran to give her the biggest hug. In fact, many of my family members and bridesmaids even commented after a brief interaction with Jodi: ‘she is awesome!’ It is so rare to leave that kind of impact on clients when you’re in a customer service type job. She has that something special. Among other things, Jodi planned the most fun and creative exit for us after the reception, and she hand delivered my purse to me at the end of the night. She also gave me her personal cell number to call her at 4:15 in the morning if we had any issues getting to the airport the next day. We recognize that NONE of these things are ‘part of the job,’ and we will never be able to express our gratitude. I would highly recommend Jodi for all of your event planning needs!

The barn, which initially felt a little plain, was transformed with beautiful floral arrangements and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a 5-star venue. The whole atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and completely tailored to us. Not only was Jodi incredibly organized and detail-oriented, but she also kept everything running smoothly on the big day, managing everything from the timeline to the coordination of our vendors, so we could just enjoy the day without stress!
