Every time we've called, Adam has picked up right away and made himself available-even during an emergency, he came out immediately. He truly cares about the quality of his work & about his clients. At one point, we asked if we should replace the whole system, but he recommended fixing the issues as they came up instead. That level of honesty and integrity really stood out. After wanting to replace my ac unit, I called 5 different companies for estimates. Adam with Air I Am was the only one that skipped the whole sale pitch and just got right to the point. He went over clear suggestions and options and was able to beat all other estimates given to me. As of yesterday, I have a new unit. He gave his cell # and was always easy to reach. I would definitely recommend this company if you want quality work without all the sales pitch BS.
