Amazing dental experience! From the office vibe ( great music and decor ) to the wonderful staff and of course Dr. Carson!! My hygienist (Anna) was also super thorough and gentle! I never once felt like I was being reprimanded or judged as I have at some others around the Birmingham area. 10/10 would recommend!

If I could give this office 10 stars I would. The staff dont just do their job they enjoy what they do. Most people say I hate the dentist but I love it here. Dr Pruitt was amazing but the fact I had Pressley's warm and cuddly presence just made it outstanding. All I kept saying was I love it here! Great work great office. Be sure to check them out!! Oh and this was my first visit.

Great timing for me getting my teeth cleaned on 8/20 because of my bleeding teeth. I was very pleased with the whole process and it was thorough Unfortunately I cannot proceed with the bridge work due to the cost. Last year Dr. Gilbert did a 3-tooth bridge for $1650 and at his new practice the price for a similar 3-tooth bridge soared to $3014. That is over 82 percent increase in price. I want to thank Dr. Gilbert and his team for the great work I have received since 2018 and I wish everyone a good future.

This is the only dentist I have both liked and trusted in 2 decades. They offer nitrous sedation for the extremely anxious (me lol), and realistic compassionate care. They are amazing at finding space for you if you're having an emergent issue and can help you make a smart and cost-effective plan for more in-depth work. Also, the entire team is just lovely. I would recommend Magic City to anyone.
