I had a total roof replacement done by Magallon's. Alfred came out to bid the job; he was on time, professional, quick, and made sure I had the estimate in-hand before leaving. His bid was right in line with the four other companies whom I received bids from. I gave Magallon's the job due to Alfred's professionalism and my in-laws glowing recommendation. They were punctual and thoroughly cleaned the job site at the end of every day. The roof turned out better than expected, and should hopefully outlive me. I couldn't be happier with the result, and would definetly recommend Magallon's Roofing.

The staff at Magallon’s were able to accommodate our very tight timeline; from a quick assessment and estimate, to tear off, permitting and re-shingling our property. I am deeply disappointed by the experience I had with Magallon's Roofing, particularly considering the high praise they received in their Google reviews. It's incredibly frustrating when a company fails to live up to its promises and then attempts to shift the blame onto the customer. My interaction with Magallon's Roofing began in April 2023 when I received a quote from them and subsequently signed and committed to it. Despite numerous calls to their office inquiring about the installation date, I was informed that the work was scheduled to be completed by July 2023. However, August arrived, and there was still no progress on installing the new roof. Upon contacting them again, I was informed that I needed to visit their showroom to select roof tiles, despite having already provided this information. Upon visiting their showroom, which was nothing more than two desks staffed by receptionists with minimal knowledge of roof tiles, I was left to navigate the selection process on my own. After finally making a choice, another month passed with no progress. It was then revealed that our service writer (Cesar) had quit, and a new employee had taken over our project (Felipe). Further delays ensued when the new service writer (Felipe) went on an extended vacation to Mexico. Subsequently, Bailey, a manager, informed us that our quote had doubled, so we canceled the project a went elsewhere. Throughout this entire ordeal, Magallon's employees repeatedly trampled on our roof, resulting in numerous broken tiles. Despite assurances from Bailey that the broken tiles would be addressed, we never heard from her again. My experience with Magallon's Roofing has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly caution anyone seeking roofing services to avoid this company at all costs. Their business practices are not only unethical but should also be considered illegal. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere for your roofing needs.
