They will not ship your items on time and provide incorrect deadlines. The entire team sits behind a phone number and they take turns to lie to customers that they are busy. Absolutely terrible post-sales service. Got toughened glass installed for our pergola and it’s been leaking whenever it rains. They also broke the tile while installing partition glass for bathrooms. Despite countless follow-ups, no one has bothered to show up or even take the issue seriously. Sathish and Dharmaraj have been completely unresponsive and careless. Utterly unprofessional and unreliable—avoid them at all costs. Don’t waste your money and time.
