I used to go here for eyebrows.[ always ] not anymore cause they are so rude and judgy. That boycut lady will look you from up to down and you can tell by face how she is judging you. Coming to the eyebrow service, they will do it so fast that it leaves bruise everywhere and they will say, " oo you have thick hair". I know i have thick hair so what its your job if you cant do it then why open a slon in first place, and you should gossip less and focus on work more. We r not getting service in free we r paying money for that so respect each and every customer. Never going there ever again.

Honestly a terrible experience. The lady who did my eyebrows was rude, rough and was not open to feedback. I asked her not to go too thin or thick, my eyebrows were two different sizes and apparently she couldn’t “notice”. Would not recommend this lady in specific (I went in a 2pm on a Wednesday).

Love going there as I think they do a really good job. Don't want to take that away from them. Considering the cross-border tensions between India and Pakistan these days, a small business owner serving the local community must remain impartial in their talk at the business. You can have your political ideology, but for private conversations. Businesses cannot afford to offend and hurt their customers. Getting my work done and listening to the dirty words used against my motherland was no joke. I was very surprised, and at the same time, hurt, listening to all the BS she was uttering..

Not worth going here anymore , they are all so rude and unprofessional! They all speaking in Indian language, making me so uncomfortable, knowing I am not Indian, this is America and at least have respect for your customers, I was going here since they just opened, almost for 5 years now , but very disappointed now, very rude and unprofessional! So I stopped going here now!
