Great service, took me in without a appointment, loved the massage chair, knowledgeable nail tech and price was reasonable. Over all 9 out 10 rating on experience, knowledge and service.

Not professional and not courteous to customers. Argues with you loudly on the phone. I've also had my fingers cut multiple times and it's not always clean. Used to be good and lovely service, but it's gone much much worse in recent months. I was a very loyal customer but I won't be going back. Not worth the rudeness or the service.

Paid over $70 for a dip powder gel nails that chipped in less than a week .... I specifically paid more for "quality" I already need my nails redone. And also such a rush manicure... That already has my hands looking crazy

This nail spa were going down the tube, the good workers are gone. paying $100 for shellac and after 4days its taking off is very disappointing. Im not please for their service anymore, and they are rushing it too which is I feel bad.
