Hannah ClementsWent here for my best friends birthday and it was a good time but could have been better! We did not have fast service and when it came to paying four minutes before our bottomless brunch ended, the waitress said said we could not order more drinks because we had paid even though we had four minutes spare! They definitely could have given us drinks and the waitress did say she may be able to get a bottle of Prosecco but did not hear anything from them. Definitely could have been better!
Georgia StevensStarted my sisters hen night out here and it was a nice place nice vibe but the service wasn’t the best . They came over and took a drinks order when some people wasn’t at the table so we then had to wait again to be served . The glass collection was disgraceful we could barely put our plates on the table due to the amount of empty glasses just not being collected . Food took a hour to come out and when it did was dry and cold . We also asked a member of staff for a plaster and it took him 10 minutes to even locate a first aid box which is a health and safety risk in it’s self and then the first aid box had no plasters . It was a good night due to the company but the venue wasn’t the best and due to our table spending £400+ we didn’t leave very happy . There is another slug and lettuce in Bristol and I’d recommend that one .
