Throughout the good days and bad days of my recovery, she was there and addressed every single concern I had. She’s made a huge impact, helping me regain my mobility and flexibility after surgery. Kristen is an amazing physio! She is extremely professional and her clinic vibes are on point! I went to her for a sports injury and she took her time with talking me through the rehab process and actually making sure I was comfortable! I have never been to a physio who actually cares about their clients wellness and who is extremely focused on getting you back on track ASAP! She was a gift from heaven. I honestly could not thank her more for everything she has done for me. Kristen is not judgmental and honestly just genuinely cares about all her clients! I would recommend her to all my friends and family! Very fairy priced and worth every penny!

My shoulder started seizing up and the pain gave me little movement. I called several physio offices in Cornwall, and they had two week waiting lists. Kristen was able to see me that day. She was very gentle, thorough, and conscious of the comfort of the client. She had me back to normal before another office would have been able to see me. She sent me home with exercises after each appointment to improve the range of motion and to strengthen it. I highly recommend her quiet, client-focused practice.
