We asked Dan from Landmark to address our backyard and crawl space drainage problem. He came by, quickly grasped our issues and returned in 2-3 days with a formal proposal, estimate and start date for 2 weeks. His crew came as scheduled and worked diligently for 4 days despite brutal heat and hard clay, rocks and roots more than anticipated. The foreman, Adrian, was most personable and he and Dan kept us updated on the progress and several necessary modifications daily. The work site was left remarkably clean and orderly each day. The fairly extensive required trenching was repaired thoroughly and topped with preserved sod or reseeded which within days was minimally detectable. Recent heavy rainstorms have proved the design and function to be most satisfactory. Without any reservations, I would enthusiastically recommend Dan and Landmark for any such projects.

Working with Dan was a breath of fresh air. From the beginning he was very responsive and gave a true timeframe of starting and completing the project. He stayed in constant communication and answered every question I had without making me feel like I was annoying him. He treated our project like he was working on his yard. Once the concrete fully dries and the sod is installed in the spring I will update the pictures but below shows the Boulder retaining wall and extended driveway. Highly recommend if you are in the market for any hardscaping projects.
