They did not notify any of the residence of my street in Mongomery county that they are going to block and tear up my street. They blocked all the houses with hot asphalt at 3-7pm. While attempting to get to my house, something they told me to do and possible. There was no bannerman except one lady that kind of flagged me down as I approached. No one alerted our home at 7am to say that we'd be trapped. My housemates in fact were trapped and had to cancel important plans because of it. They got asphalt on their tires because of the road work. I had to turn around but the man on the roller decided to aim his roller and almost hit my car! I was fuming! I still am fuming hours later. They put my safety at risk, my property at risk, and I'm a sickly guy. I got major health issues that puts me at risk of strokes and I can't leave my house! No warning at all! I am honestly disgusted by how they conduct themselves to the point ofnleaving this long review.

Get everything in writing before you verbally agree on a price and what work you are paying for. The workers are very kind and respectful but we were told 2 different prices for the before and after work. Our driveway was supposed to extend outwards, from the side. It’s pretty much the same. I wish I had been home when they did the work. I would have insisted on the extension before I made the payment. It was hard to tell that the driveway was not wider, until they were gone, they had our cash and the barriers to allow the driveway to dry for 3 days, were completely taken down. Get a contract in writing!!!!

M. Luis was hired by Montgomery County to repave some roads near me. The work sites were left in a shambles each day, debris piled up, and there were never signs posted to alert drivers to closed roadways. In fact, the closures at the intersection of Piney Meetinghouse and Glen were sporadic and never pre-announced. Nor were any signs posted to alert drivers to the closures. When questioned, the self-identified supervisor refused to correct the situation or to produce any permits allowing for the road closures. Very haphazard and sloppy work that could have caused significant problems for emergency vehicles, and were very disruptive to normal travel patterns without any advance notice or warning.

They started staging their vehicles in front of my house 4 days ago. Every morning since then they have woken me up at 5:30am or earlier, sometimes with a big fuel truck, and this morning at 3:20am, driving up a trailer and fussing with equipment of some sort. They're waking up my nighbor, too. I've cotacted MD DOT about this every day and they say they've contacted the contractor about the issue. No apparent effect yet. All I want is to sleep til 7am. Make that possible for a couple weeks and I'll be glad to remove this review if Google lets me.
