My favorite part of working with M&V Construction was their customer service. Their project managers were easy to get hold of and kept me updated. Our project turned out great. The shingling M&V Construction used looks great and our residents are very happy. Our Condo Buildings have many unique features they were able to find solutions for. I just recently (Sept./2023) had our home re-roofed, and all went great! The installation team was on site when they said they would be and the duration was as expected as well, there were no surprises, and the quote was solid and the lowest of the 3 quotes that I had. I have Solar panels and we needed to coordinate with the solar company at a few different times and Marcela from M&V assisted so we could keep this on schedule. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended M&V construction to a friend.

I live out of state and was researching for a roof repair. It was difficult, especially because I was out of state and they were abusive with their quotes. So I asked a realtor for a referral for my roof replacement. He recommended M & V and i got an estimate within 24 hours that was much more affordable than all the others i had been researching. Now I questioned why so affordable? I called and felt comfortable and confident when all my questions were answered and my tight time frame could be met. From start to finish was seamless and just too good to be true. I was blown away to have a certificate of completion within 5 days. I had several people go look at the finished roof and send me photos and it the work was impressive. I would recommend M & V. Before considering roof repairs, or replacement, def get a quote from M&V. Marcela's communication was impeccable. Every step of the way i would get a text letting me know what was being done and what stage we were in, from pulling the permit to completion. I am just so thrilled that from 1,500 miles away, i was able to get this completed, absolutely pain free. Thanks for a job well done. I cannot thank you guys enough.
