I’ve had a great experience with Horizon Ridge Modern Dentistry! The staff is always friendly, and every time I call, they do their best to accommodate my needs and requests. Dr. Yip is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with every dental procedure she performs. She takes the time to explain the pros, cons, and benefits of each procedure, making sure you’re well-informed. All of the staff make sure that you are well-informed before, during, and after each procedure, which really puts me at ease. They also ensure that everything about insurance coverage is explained, which is very helpful since dental procedures can be costly. I had a root canal done here, and the dentist who performed it was amazing! I didn’t feel anything during the procedure – he has very soft hands and a calm demeanor that put me at ease. Overall, Horizon Ridge Modern Dentistry is the best dental office I’ve been to, and I highly recommend it!

I have had lot terrifying experiences with dentist. Dr. Yip is Fantastic!!!! She explains and actually pays attention to me when I’m in the dentist chair. She does what she says she is going to do. She is kind yet direct. I feel confident I will always be taken care of. Her staff is always kind and cheerful and wanting to do a good job. I moved to California and yes I still come to her for her services why? Because it’s not just her excellency but the person that she is. Dr. Yip is congruent in the quality of service and person that she is. Thank you Dr. Yip!!

I needed a new dentist and Dr. Yip was very attentive to my needs. She took the time to listen to my concerns and only provided me with recommendations for my teeth that were absolutely necessary.

It is a waste of time to go to this clinic. Specifically, the office has a poor process to make appointments for new patients. I called in early August to make appointments for both my wife and me, and we were told verbally that our appointments were confirmed. On the appointment date, we were told that our appointments were not made due to that the clinic didn't have a profile setup for my wife and me. Furthermore, the clinic claimed that it called to try to have profiles setup ahead of time, but the clinic never left a voice message. For some reason, the clinic believes that its calls will be returned without leaving a voice message in the first place given the numerous number of scam calls that we received every day.
