We were looking for a specific X5M and Luxury Sport Auto was found to have one on CarGurus. Thankfully, the vehicle was in stock and not a teaser listing like we have seen from other stores. We contacted the store through CarGurus and was called by David, a salesman, within 24 hours. We set an appointment to come see the BMW and they had it pulled into a clear area in their large facility to present it to us. The car was true to pictures and descriptions, so we asked to drive it. David then had the car pulled up front for us ready to go and allowed us the freedom to drive the car without restriction. Satisfied with the car in and out, we kicked some numbers around with David and Nick, the sales manager. It all really looked great, but we had questions about a warranty and being it was Christmas Eve we didn’t have time to stay at the dealer any longer. The low-pressure experience continued as we were permitted to leave without stress and continued to chat about warranties with Max over email. We found a warranty and deal that worked for us and after compromising on a total selling price are the happy new owners of an amazing BMW X5M! Five stars for these guys. I dealt with Hayden and Sean in sales - both guys were very quick to respond but not pushy either. Good trade in offer and an extremely straightforward sales process. Max in finance was great. All in all, one of the quickest and smoothest sales experiences I've had buying 10+ cars in a 15 year period. Highly recommend these guys. Side note: They also find great specimens. The car I bought was very, very low mileage and in absolutely mint condition as verified via PPI and maintenance records. Their buyer is doing their due diligence.
