Sub contractors make sure you know who you are working for! This is the 2nd bad review I have to leave for Luxury Commercial Contractors. We were hired as sub contractors and have been struggling to get payment from them on overdue invoices. Joshua Garza keeps saying they will get paid and then moves up the dates. Natalie Garza doesn’t reply to any emails in regards to payment info. We previously had made a review for the same reason and that was the only way we got their attention. They paid us and requested we delete the bad review. Just know that if you are working for them expect late payments and bad communication from owners.

We will never work for this company again. Did a big job for them as a contractor got it completed and when for final payment and Josh Garza has been slow playing us for months now. Had to hire a collection agency to go after them and Luxury (what a joke) are avoiding them. In my experience in the construction industry Luxury Contractors wont last long in this town. This company is not ran with a Christian mindset like they claim. These people are a joke. I have also talked with a few other contractors that are waiting on Josh Garza to pay them.

We got Josh and his team to build out our first Pure Green concept. And they did very well working with all of the vendors, architect and the City of Midland officials. Their communication was excellent and to this day still is. They have upheld their word to being committed in our build out and in guaranteeing their work as well. All of these key facts in owning and operating a business is essential for our success. We highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a contractor that stays in constant communication and makes sure the job gets done to a high standard.

So easy to work with and so responsive! Had a few leaks that were from a past contractors mistake and Josh and his guys figured out the problem and were able to fix them very quickly. He has a great, trustworthy team! Will definitely be using again for any future needs!
