Luxe Laser and Skin Lounge

FABULOUS! I recently visited Luxe Lounge in North Bay while visiting family. I experienced the C02 full face and neck treatment administered by Technician Marcha recommended by owner Nurse Practioner Kayla. Visiting Luxe Lounge for the C02 treatment has provided an amazing outcome within the first week of the treatment. I am excited to see what future results will be. Not only am I seeing the sun spots disappear, but I am amazed to see how soft my skin is and a visible reduction in fine lines around my mouth and eye area. Each day of recovery after the treatment is showing incredible results. My demographic is a 67 year women who is not afraid of aging but happy to do so gracefully. The gentle care and concern for my comfort in a lovely professional setting provided a positive calm and supportive environment for my treatment. I have been a long time subscriber to Chemical peels in my local area but after this experience I will now be scheduling my future skin care with Luxe Lounge! I had the Co2 eye treatment done 1 week ago and cannot recommend this enough!! First off the facility is really beautiful. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Marsha is without a doubt the best medical esthetician in the North. She has been making people feel beautiful for years but more importantly has continued to educate and learn new skills. The fact that this medical lounge facilitates so much learning at such a high level should not be underestimated. Now on to the procedure…I am 41 and was starting to notice some fine lines and general eye laxity on my top and bottom lids which I discussed with Marsha. She recommended the Co2 laser to treat my concerns. It takes almost an hour for the freezing to take effect then on to the procedure. She put the eye shields in with drops to freeze the eye. Honestly, the freezing and eye shields might have been the worst part for me as it just felt so odd and heavy. The procedure it self took less than 20 minutes to complete and is accompanied with moderate pain in some areas. That evening I rested and continued to apply the cream I was given. Sleeping with your head above your heart helps but either way I woke up very swollen. You do look odd but it is completely worth it. I would say that by day 3 I wasn’t nearly as swollen and there is no discomfort while healing. I am still not wearing makeup and applying the ointments. I am 1 week post procedure today and cannot stress how incredible my eye area is. So much tighter and brighter. Less sagging and fine lines. Only thing I would change is that I would get my eyes, face and neck all done at the same time. If you’re going to go through the annoyance of healing (being super swollen) you may as well do it all ;) Anyways, unbelievably happy with this procedure and the whole team at Luxe Laser North Bay.

Got the CO2 laser done at Luxe and had the best experience! I was so nervous about it with my knowledge of the treatment and healing process but I could not be more impressed. They thoroughly numbed my face prior to treatment so the actual discomfort was barely existent and then immediately applied a cold face mask to soothe my skin post. The care instructions were clear and easy to follow, with all products provided at the end of the appointment. The healing was very quick and mild to my surprise! The pictures included are a little over a week apart - the goal was mainly large pore/texture focused and I can already see a difference! Excited to see how my skin improves as the weeks and months progress.
