Customer experiences
LUX Catering is absolutely amazing! They got every little detail right and brought our wedding vision to life. The food was incredible, the presentation flawless, and the atmosphere was exactly what we imagined. A huge thank you to Chris and Kylee—they were incredible to work with and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The entire staff was professional, kind, and went above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough (pics from their team to show how beautiful everything was)!
My best friend and I decided to start taking classes to get out of the house, and I happened to stumble across LUX Catering & Events. We signed up for the terrarium class & it was AMAZING!!!! Very reasonably priced. You get to control how much you spend, and the number of possibilities is endless. The staff is professional, friendly & so helpful! Great atmosphere and good time are to be had by all. LUX is a treasure trove of absolute goodness and beauty. Look no further for amazing food and classes!
I loved my experience working with LUX catering! Their team was so professional. As a wedding planner I appreciate when vendors are communicative- which they are. Both leading up to and on the wedding day. They were on top of the schedule, kept everything well organized and had delicious food. I look forward to working with their team again on more events!
I cannot recommend LUX highly enough. I attribute the success of my entire wedding to Jake, Kylee, and the LUX team. As a planner by profession and a crafter by passion, my Type A personality convinced me I could DIY my way through an elegant, beautiful, and budget-friendly wedding while maintaining my mental health. I was mistaken. Four months before our wedding, we were knee-deep in trying to source catering from a chain restaurant, linens from China, desserts from a local bakery, and bartending from goodness knows where. I finally realized that juggling 15 different vendors and purchasing decorations I wouldn’t have time to sell afterward wasn’t worth the excessive time or minimal savings. I reached out to our day-of coordinator for a catering recommendation, and they emphatically told us to reach out to LUX. Jake was my first contact. The moment I spoke with him, I felt months of stress melt away. This was not his first rodeo. He understands that most of his clients (myself included) have never done this before. Meeting Kylee made things even better. She was there for me during our venue tours, literally dozens of phone calls, last-minute decoration doubts, and five different seating chart changes. Together, Jake and Kylee walked me through every step of the process, explaining each line item of our proposal. They were nonjudgmental and incredibly helpful when I asked—repeatedly—what I could cut to lower costs. They were gracious and accommodating when I added last-minute items just four days before the wedding. Jake and Kylee are truly masters of their craft. Throughout my wedding planning process, I stressed about many things—but never anything LUX handled. They were my sanctuary and support. The catering tasting they provided was the first time I truly felt like a bride, a celebrity, and that feeling continued throughout my entire experience with LUX. Having great food was the most important thing to us, and dozens of our guests said our food was the best they ever had at a wedding, theirs included. LUX spoiled us with their time and consideration, and it was worth every single penny.
