I am going to give LunaSol a 5 stars after taking only one class there. I took the Ashtanga class today with Ms. Suzanne and loved it within the first 3 minutes. I took part in a live-stream class this morning. Audio wasn't great, but the teacher had good energy. I feel very relaxed after what was - for me - a thorough stretch. I have some back issues and had to modify a little, Daisy left room for accommodations and I really appreciated that.
