Shopping at Lulu Supermarket was a highly satisfying experience. The store layout is logical and easy to navigate, with clearly labeled aisles. Fresh fruits, vegetables, bakery items, and groceries are all of top-notch quality. Staff were polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. Checkout was fast and organized. Lulu maintains excellent standards for cleanliness, product quality, and customer service.

I’ve been living in this building for over a decade, and I truly love Lulu Express. It’s one of the best parts of Y Tower. The staff at Lulu, the building office, and especially the salon are always kind and respectful — I actually consider the salon ladies as friends. But the woman at the female gym and swimming pool? She’s on a whole different level — and not in a good way. Her attitude is consistently rude and unnecessarily aggressive. She doesn’t care if she’s speaking to adults or kids — her tone is always loud, sharp, and disrespectful. While she’s happily chatting and laughing with others, the moment we walk in, her behavior flips like a switch. Why? Because we’re locals? Because she assumes we won’t speak up? And then there’s what she said about our family. We have someone living with us — not a local, but family by heart. She’s here under her own job visa but lives in our home, is part of our life, and absolutely is family. This staff member had the nerve to say, “She’s not family, she has to pay.” Excuse me? Who is she to tell us who qualifies as family? And she kept talking rudely to her That was not only disrespectful — it was completely out of line. But what truly crossed the line was how she treated my child. My kid made a big splash while playing — just being a teen, having fun in the pool. There was no danger, no harm. And this woman storms over and says, “If you jump again, I’ll kick you out.” Just like that — no explanation, no calm instruction — just a full-on threat. To a child. What if a child takes words like that to heart? What if my child or someone else’s feels so humiliated, so scared, that they hold back from asking for help in the water? What if something tragic happens just because a child doesn’t feel safe anymore? It’s not an exaggeration — this kind of attitude is not only unprofessional, it’s dangerous. Just to clarify . My daughter felt humiliated and cried under water , when she got out she tried holding her tears , she burst into tears. Are you happy to hear people saying things about this? Because of this, we’ve made our decision: We will not use the female gym or pool as long as she’s there. I won’t let my child — or anyone in my family, including those who are family by heart — be subjected to that kind of treatment. I will continue to recommend Lulu Express because it truly is a great place with amazing people. But the female gym staff? Absolutely not. That kind of toxic behavior has no place in a family-oriented community.
