I purchased a prestige cooker 7.5 litre on March 15 but it was not working properly, so I went to customer care service in lulu, al Khor . A service responsible person tries to convince me " you come late and change the washer and whistle ". I told them " the product was purchased on March 15 2025 only". Prestige cooker- money waste QAR 234. No customer support in lulu al Khor

I have personally experience that Lulu supermarket counter staff is very careless.One item will be charged twice. Fresh fruit and vegetables section weight counter staff will feed the wrong price. Yesterday also i surprised that one item price was printed seven time more. Please be careful always.
