Curtis “Blackviking405” LefallI will NEVER spend another dollar in here. We ordered prints from here on a Friday for our businesses. Mind you you these are concepts. They advertise that they will have them ready the next day if you order before 12. I qent to pick them up on Sunday so they could be ready for presentation on Tuesday. They said they would look in the back. I go to the back and she was printing them. Fine, as long as I leave with them I'm ok. I ask one of the girls what shirts can I put them on. She says any so I start picking shirts while I wait. While I'm looking the older guy comes walking up to me. Idk what he was saying because the girl called me for my prints. I walk over and she says only 1 page of the three was printing. Then she shows me all the other people's prints that were done. So she proceeds to tell me I could take that page and come back the next. I drove across town to get there. That's costing me time and money. I was so mad I left. By the time I got home I had calmed down enough to think. So I called to make sure they destroy the prints because those are designs that are not for sale as of yet.....No one answered. I called 4 times..... the incompetence and a lack of consideration for the customers time and money is just atrocious. I cannot do bad business. People who have spent money there such as us have helped them move into a bigger business and be able to provide these services. They fact that my time wasn't considered, and no solution was offered floored me. Not saying don't shop there. But if you have to make a drive save yourself time and order from somewhere else online or something.

NatalinaI have had a great experience with Lucky Wholesale. Initially I purchased in the store and all of the staff was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of vinyl and blanks. Later I ordered online because traveling to the store is a bit of a drive for me and I had an even better experience. It was very easy for me to find all of the items I needed to purchase and they delivered all of them the same day despite ordering the standard shipping which was supposed to take 5 to 7 business days. I definitely recommend purchasing from Lucky Wholesale and will continue to post in the future
