Lu showed up at our door within a half hour after a call to troubleshoot a no water available issue on Thanksgiving evening. He quickly sized up the problem and returned the next day to remedy the situation. His pricing is very fair, his troubleshooting skills are great and he didn’t stop until the problem was solved-smiling all the while. We called Lucas to check out increasing the water pressure in our well pump. He figured out while he was here that it was actually our kitchen tap that was causing the issue with low water flow, so he took the sprayer head off and cleaned it almost like new. We also asked him to flush out our hot water tank, and it turned out that there was a lot of sediment accumulated in the tank. He took his time and flushed out the tank until it was running clear. While he was waiting for the hot water tank to drain, he noticed that the pipes in our main bathroom bathtub were quite loose, and took it upon himself to ask if he could fix that for us while he was here. He did great work while he was here, and went above and beyond in the work that he did. He was very professional and personable. We will definitely be calling Lucas back if we have anymore plumbing issues to be taken care of. Highly recommend.
