I can't say enough good things about Clay. We had water heater issues which turned out to be quite complex and he handled the issue completely and made sure it was done correctly. He advocated on our behalf with the warrenty company, and even paid for a new heater upfront before hearing back from them so that the issue could be resolved more quickly. Clay is great to work with, an excellent communicator, prioritizes his clients and works with integrity. 100% recommend!
