This was the WORST salon experience I have ever had. I specifically chose this place after reading reviews saying they were ‘good at layers.’ That is a lie. They are not good at layers. I asked for a simple U/V cut with curtain bangs. Instead, the stylist rushed through, was rude, ignored my reference photos, and gave me a blunt, choppy haircut with bangs that don’t match at all. He even cut the bangs on the side when I asked for middle curtain bangs. The end result looks sloppy and unfinished — like I cut it at home. When I pointed it out, his excuse was, ‘your hair is too short for a V cut.’ That’s ridiculous. Any real professional knows how to shape hair so it grows into the style. He was lazy and careless. On top of that, the pricing is shady. He told me that because it was my first visit he’d charge me less (around $40), but then casually mentioned that next time it would be $46–$47. Why should I ever come back after this disaster? I walked in excited, with clear photos and expectations. I walked out devastated, $40 poorer, and with my self-confidence crushed. If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid this salon at all costs. P.S.: For clarity, this review is genuine. I’m a real customer sharing my honest experience.

I was so happy to finally find the best shop in town! The place is super clean and well-organized, and the crew inside made the whole experience even better.
