The staff is super kind and friendly, though a bit ‘dry,’ but hey, that’s part of the vibe, right? I’ve read countless complaints from people claiming the staff is rude, but honestly, I think some customers just don’t know how to behave. Clearly, this brand isn’t for everyone. I heard a story about a woman with two grocery bags. Well, madam, I’m terribly sorry, but perhaps you could take your bags, go back to your place, drop them off, and then come back? Alternatively, you might want to check out the market at Theaterplein, it seems to match better your expectations. Don’t forget there are customers there who expect certain luxury vibe and spoiling it is equally rude and makes people cry.

I have nothing bad to say about LV, but to the discriminating staff, I have complain! If someone don't dress up luxuriously enough and is inside their shop, you will feel their rudeness. I have someone with me and she helped me carry my things (2 bags of groceries). I went to the toilet and the next thing happened, my friend walked out because of the maltreatment she received. A bit older male staff approached her first, and ask what is she doing there. She told him the reason. After just a minute or so, another young, blond female staff approched her (again) She looked at her from head to toe, asked (again) what was she doing there then smirked. She really felt intimidated and cried outside. We should have not stayed there longer if we have not waited for like more than 30minutes inside. I believe thet lack of (trained) staff. Our time was wasted and ruined that day. I bet they remembered me. I told that male staff that they should not treat someone like that and check the cctv what exactly happened. I hope that it will not happen again to anyone.

Unfriendly and arrogant staff. I came there to buy sneakers for my husband was told to “wait outside” while others were left inside. I went to LV brussels instead where they, as always, were very welcoming. I bought the sneakers there. From all LV stores visited, this was by far the most unfriendly experience

When arriving at the store I was immediately assisted, and was informed to wait by the end of the store, so someone would come and help me out with my requests. For a moment I did not understand the bad reviews in here, but when waiting for 10 minutes in front of this lady, pretending she was cleaning or organizing something to not help me out, I then understood the big lack of customer service and training this store has. When I decided to leave the store, she was called by the previous lady and informed I was waiting for assistance. Only then she came to offer her help, but that was already too late… I informed the lady at the door that I was waiting after being ignored and she mentioned they do select a specific person to each customer so that they can be assisted. Well, I buy LV worldwide and I know how it works. However, pretending you are busy to not assist the customer was ridiculous. With no apologies given I just left the store without buying anything. Now I understand the bad reviews in here and how bad the customer service and employees training at this store are. I definitely do not recommend!
