I recently had an unsatisfactory facial experience here. I requested more pressure during the massage, but the esthetician did not adjust it and failed to check in on my comfort level. Additionally, there was no shoulder massage, and even the brief attention given felt more like light touches rather than a proper massage. Overall, I left feeling disappointed. However, I want to emphasize that I have had other services here and have never encountered any issues before. This particular esthetician simply did not demonstrate good customer service.

Love this place! Exceptional RMTs, beautiful and serene space. It is always very welcome and extremely clean. The Annex also have a the entire collection of Vivier, which is a favourite premium medical grade skin care line of mine - and it is Canadian. Highly recommended locally owned business!
