I have been seeing Jesica for my routine teeth cleanings for years now. She is amazing at what she does and also brings a lot of fun and comfort while her expertise is top notch! The entire staff is so welcoming and helpful. Dr. Lopez has always been extremely attentive and friendly, all while explaining and discussing the best practices needed for the health of your teeth. Even though dental work can be intimidating for the patients. Dr. Lopez and staff created a comfortable and safe place with the upmost knowledge and expertise!

I was a first time patient, I scheduled an appointment online, and their team instantly reach out to me their front desk staff was very informative and helpful. Jessica was the one who cleaned my teeth, she was amazing and fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, gentle, funny and helpful. They very gentle considering I have braces so my teeth can be a little sensitive sometimes. Overall great team.

I HIGHLY recommend Lopez Dental to everyone. I have high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and will avoid it at all costs. But I had a situation that I couldn’t put off and was extremely stressful and frustrating when trying to take care of it. I called one dentist 4 x because no one was calling me back, with the call center being blamed in the end for lack of response. The staff had no customer service or concern when it came to discussing the issue. The next dentist also had a call center and the communication between the call center and the location didn’t exist, resulting in me taking time off work that I could have used with a different dentist. This dentist staff was great but the dentist herself had no bedside manner and felt to me like a flat attitude towards my situation. Lopez Dental was my 3rd choice and I wasn’t even going to bother because I felt continuously let down by poor customer service issues. A co-worker told me to call Lopez and I did. This 3rd dentist office was at the far extreme in the best way from the other 2 let downs. Lopez Dental and ALL of their staff were beyond amazing and the compassion, customer service, desire to help their patient and willingness to go beyond the normal when needed, made me a permanent patient at their office. There are not enough stars to highlight how great they were. I never felt like I was just a number or just a name on their schedule. They ABSOLUTELY REALLY CARE for their patients. If anyone has any issues or anxiety with dental appointments, I highly recommend calling Lopez Dental. I am now a walking, talking advertisement/billboard for them and can’t say enough about them to adequately describe how awesome they are.

Both the front office staff and dental hygienists are so kind. They explain every process of the appointment and provide excellent care to their patients. I can reach someone quickly and efficiently to make appointments or handle insurance questions. They sent any referrals needed same-day and have taken wonderful care of my teenage and young adult daughters.
