There is no overnight parking; however, there is a vacant warehouse parking lot at the corner of Lone Star and W Commerce, caddy corner from Quality Sausage. It’s just 2 doors down from Amigos. This is not a first come first served facility. They go by demand of product and appointment time. Docking is not for beginners at all. It seriously took the guy in the video below almost 30 minutes to dock. We got out to help after we realized that the dock workers were not going to do anything but watch his struggles. Checked in at 1030. Appointment at 1100. Called to a door at 1135. They started unloading immediately. There is a lumper fee and they take EFS checks. Paperwork in hand and leaving at 1200. Staff is friendly and courteous. The only negatives are the location and the tight parking lot but other than that it is a good place to deliver to.

Been here since 6 am gave them my paperwork said they would call. It's now 10 am. I've seen two trucks go before me that showed up after me. Very tight space have to park on the street. But once I got in the dock 20 minutes tops to get trailer unloaded. That was a plus.

Very good staff & unloading was done within 15-20 minutes. They allow you to use the washroom. The only issue is it’s hard to backup long semi truck trailer. This place is not designed for big rigs. The secruity guy helps you if you need.

I would give zero stars but it google won’t let me. I get here 45 minutes early, I wasn’t expecting to get in early so it’s okay. I waited 2 hours past my appointment time (7 trucks that arrived after me were immediately given doors and unloaded) until I was given a door. I got door #7. This place is made for day cabs and box trucks, no pull up room at all. I tried for about half hour and decided to go inside and request a new door. Immediately I was told to get out of the building by a “manager”. I went outside, he was rude to me and told me that he can’t give me another door. I asked if he could at least ask 2 people to move their cars, he said both were on a delivery. I literally tried like 50 times to get into the door. If they couldn’t accommodate me then I asked for the bills back so I could have someone else deliver the load. They refused to give the bills back and told me they are holding them, I should be able to get in the door because other trucks have gotten in that door. I went to leave, I left and circled back around to try again because well, I need the bills. I came back and pulled in to find that the 2 cars that were blocking my pull up space to have magically moved. So I pulled in with no issue, go figure. Got unloaded and got the FU€K out of there. This place is garbage. Rude people, impossible to maneuver, and no facilities for the truckers.
