The atmosphere and terrace is fine. The food is quite average. I took the fish and chips (replaced the fries with salad), and it was the worst beer-battered fish I've ever tried. The texture was not crunchy, and the flavor was a little bit off. The salad was really good and tasty, though!
First time visit this morning for breakfast after passing this place for years. Why didn't we stop before? Regretful. This was a cool little spot especially sitting in back patio with nice plants and lights etc. Great portions very big. Delicious home fries with onions. Good coffee and tea. Service from Sherry (sorry if misspelled) was energetic and informative. We live in Halifax but will be back.
Fresh milkshakes , Fresh Pie , Fresh fish. Lovely seating limited and cozy. Patio , small tables, and large table settings. Staff was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. We had a larger group and they did very well with ensuring things came out together and warm. Wish we could have tried a dinner we did a breakfast and a lunch. Pricing on something's was a bit higher than expected for breakfast lunch items.
